II. Powers
1. Psionics-Telepathy-He can manipulate the minds of others and even higher order animals within a vast 300 mile radius. This includes mind control, casting mental illusions, going undetected by other psions, altering his appearance in other's minds and going undetected or completely unseen. [Too much use of certain powers can drain him. ]

2.Psionic Blasts and defense: can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and can even kill an adversary. Can also erect a psychic shield for protection of himself and of others minds.

3.Telekinesis: He possesses telekinetic abilities enabling him to manipulate matter, and to some extent energy, psionically. He can levitate himself in order to fly at high speeds (for a very short period of time, which tires him out) or merely hover, manipulate matter on a molecular level, project telekinetic shields capable of withstanding missile blasts, create objects of pure psionic force, focus his mental energy at a specific target in, he can also release devastating force blasts.

Note* This character is extremely powerful. He is intended to be the MAIN Villain, otherwise he would be much weaker. He has no physical combat skill to speak of and will more than likely be facing off against the entire gov and their mutants by himself.

II. Powers
*1. Teleportation- Blade is able to move from one spot to another instantly, creating a white flash that if someone is standing to close to, can stun them momentarily. He’s been recorded to be able to travel up to 50 miles instantly, though that seems to be the extent of his distance. His body’s chemical make up is altered, so that he is able to handle a series of rapid, short distance teleports, which he has been known to use in a fight to give him an advantage of surprise and chaos. In addition, he can teleport individual parts o his body, one at a time, in a short distance for surprise attacks. He's also able to get a layout of the immediate area he's in, ranging to about a mile, allowing him to know the exact layout, as if he had a blue print in his mind.

Undeveloped Powers
Enhanced Agility- Blade’s feats of agility will be able to exceed that of a five star Olympian athlete, his body’s resistance to the affect of his teleportation actually makes him more agile then mutants such as Archer and others.

Intuitive Map and Direction- This will enhance Blade's teleportation ability, allowing him to focus and get a map of an area of about 60 miles, seeing everything like a blueprint in his mind's eye. It will help him to avoid teleporting into any solid obstacles, know which direction he's facing and traveling instantly, and increase his distance by ten miles when teleporting.


III History
Axel suffers from amnesia, as a result of the beating he received when he was fighting back against the government agents who wanted him to register. He doesn’t remember who he is, or what he did, but he does know that he loves to cause trouble and destruction.
