Basic Operative
Black Lantern
Ring Bearer
Ember shards: Specialized crystals with runes on them. Crumbling one up and tossing it’s dust on the body of a recently slain foe results in nothing left behind but a pile of dust. Has been designed to only work on dead bodies; cannot be used as a weapon and cannot accidentally kill off its carrier.
Abracadabra: Each member is given the ability to use low level magic. This allows them to perform minor tricks that beginning mages use as learning tools. They can utilize simple illusion tactics, such as making the clouds on their robes disappear, making minor alterations to facial features, etc.
Global Positioning: Comes into effect at the moment of receiving a ring or seal from Itazuki. This allows Itazuki to know the exact locations of his subordinates at all times.
Uniform: A conical straw hat with strips of paper along the rim and a black coat/jacket/cloak (member’s choice) complete with red clouds. The hat (the slips of paper to be precise) makes the operative immune to low level illusions as well as defense against mental probing and telepathy.
Wards: Beneath the cloud stitching there is a set of runes that ward against the witching arts of divination and all of its subsidiaries.

Black Lantern
Suped Up: In its basic state the Black Lantern brand appears as nothing more than a tattoo, however, the member has the ability to activate via channeled energy. Once activated it grants the member enhanced abilities, allowing the Black Lantern to reach the pinnacle of human performance. A Black Lantern may choose three abilities. A Ring Bearer may choose five. Once activated the member has exactly 4 rounds of posting before the effects wear off. The seal is then unable to be used for 24 hrs.
Featherweight: The member can use this ability to alter their gravitation pull, but only in the slightest sense. Allowing them to walk up walls and walk on water. Hovering and flight is not possible with this skill.
Uniform: Member’s Choice.
- Peak Human Strength: Member’s physical strength is enhanced to the very peak of human potential. Capable of bench pressing 500 kg (1,100 lbs).
- Peak Human Speed: Member can run at speeds of up to approximately 30 miles per hour, and can on occasion run a mile in little over a minute (almost 60 mph) when under duress.
- Peak Human Stamina: Member’s body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in their muscles, granting them exceptional endurance. Can exert themselves at peak capacity for several hours without rest before showing any signs of fatigue.
- Peak Human Agility: Members' agility is far superior to that of typical Olympian athletes.
- Peak Human Reflexes: Members' reflexes are superior to that of typical Olympian athletes. Possibly fast enough to dodge a bullet at point blank range.
- Peak Human Durability: Members' ability to withstand injury is superior to those of ordinary humans.
- Peak Human Metabolism: Enhanced metabolism, bloodstream, and immune system allows member to heal from injuries or diseases faster than most humans. This is not an instant heal technique. It is a gradual process.
- Peak Human Mental Process: Members' mental performance is greatly enhanced, allowing the mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this can be tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. For Psions and Mages this allows them to cast faster and allows their spells to pack more of a wallop.
- Peak Human Perception: Member has exceptionally keen eyesight and hearing.
Featherweight: The member can use this ability to alter their gravitation pull, but only in the slightest sense. Allowing them to walk up walls and walk on water. Hovering and flight is not possible with this skill.
Uniform: Member’s Choice.
Ring Bearer
Suped Up: Ring is activated to achieve Same effect as Above. Choose five techs instead of three.
Summon: up to 3-5 Suujali/or/Magitek Armor /or/ ----(soon)
Hover: Much like the member's featherweight ability, Hover allows the Ring Bearer to alter their gravitational pull. Unlike featherweight, the Ring Bearer is capable of hovering from one elevated point to another, can turn falls that would otherwise prove lethal to mild scrapes, and can even perform mid-air acrobatics.
Uniform: Member’s Choice.
Summon: up to 3-5 Suujali/or/Magitek Armor /or/ ----(soon)
